Redesigned and developed a Job Posting appliation with reporting in C#, Asp.Net 2.0, Active Directory and Sql Server 2005. Responsible for supporting a complex custom applicant tracking system built in .Net 2.0 utilizing an Oracle 8.0i database which entails user maintenance, troubleshooting and bug fixes, customization and data extraction. Involved in assessing several vendor’s off the shelf applicant tracking systems to replace the current system.

Technical Consultant responsible for updates and bug fixes for the Faculty Connection on Microsoft.com. The site was built using .Net 2.0, Asp.net, C#, Sql Server 2005. Experience with Microsoft’s web publishing platform (PubWiz) as well as creating and consuming RegSys registration and authentication wizards. Created several localized and custom sites as children of the Faculty Connection site (Mircosoft Dynamics, Faculty Connection Pre-Collegiate, Italian and United Kingdom). Helped coordinate the migration of the application from an outdated server to a new one.

Technical Consultant responsible for supporting multiple applications used by Calypso, a Premera spinoff that helps insurance companies audit claims and recapture overpayments. Technologies used include one of the first end to end Sharepoint 2007 implementations, Sql Server 2005, C#, OOP, Sql Server Integration Services and Sql Reporting Services.

Senior Developer responsible for creating developer run tests using Sql Server 2005 and C# 2.0 that checked the validity of the publishing process in the MSDN group. The tests required comparing xml documents that ran through the application with the output xml content from the database.

Senior Developer responsible for designing and developing multiple components for www.sisterwoman.com and www.hotsoup.com . My main duties for the hotsoup project involved designing the initial site using Flash 8.0 and development of SOA components for the Breaking Now section utilizing C# 2.0, Asp.Net 2.0 and Sql Server 2005 . I built the database, tables, stored procedures for the breaking now service and administration tools as well as batch files to automatically deploy the databases on various servers. Other responsibilities included video compression, editing and branding flash video. I was also responsible for making release pushes to staging and production in a multiple server load balanced environment. The site was developed in a service based architecture utilizing multiple servers for different middle tier services and load balanced web servers as well as file and DB servers.

Lead Developer for a leading Seattle Advertising agency in charge of the Integrated Technology group. Responsible for a team of 6 developers and QA team that build award winning web sites (www.dellditty.com, www.rememberrainier.com, www.borba.net, www.dlp.com, www.dlpsaleslab.com, www.coleweber.com ). Led the development of 9 different websites in 6 months, with varying levels of functionality. Responsible for gathering client requirements and translating those requirements into scope and requirements documentation and ultimately, code. Responsible for employee evaluations, interviewing and hiring new employees to fill technical gaps. Developed various components in the projects in Sql Server, C#, Flash and Asp.net.

Web developer for the Microsoft Windows Media Group. Created several custom web controls in asp.net and C# to allow developers to quickly detect and use Windows Media Player in web pages. Involved in the planning and creation of internal tools for the Window Media team.

Used and customized existing POP C# components to build a content management system and a tool to create and upload Press Releases and Fact Sheets for www.turnout.org. Created a C# component that extracts custom HTML template tags from an HTML template and stores them in SQL Server. Added new functionality to existing components. Built content management tools for Indianapolis Symphony. Built online ticketing functionality for National Ballet of Canada using Pops Tessitura web integration product. Implemented using the following with .Net( C#, XML, XSL, SQL Stored Procedures and ASP.Net). Integrated POPs online payment processing for National Ballet of Canada and for Oregon Shakespeare Festival e-commerce sites.

Designed and developed an e-commerce site for www.archiveindex.com. Designed web pages with that dealt with browser compatibility issues using HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Used Perl code to process and submit user requests for information and order processing. Scanned and used OCR on documents and then formatted documents for web delivery.
